Fault 1: laser intensity drop, marking is not clear enough.
Solution:
1 whether the laser resonator changes or not, and fine-tuning the
resonator lens. The output spot is good.
Acousto-optic crystal offset or low output energy of acousto-optic
power supply; adjust the position of acousto-optic crystal or
increase the working current of acousto-optic power supply;
3 the laser deviates from the center of the galvanometer: adjusting
the laser;
4 if the current is adjusted to about 20A, the sensitivity is not
strong enough: krypton lamp is aging and new lights are replaced.
